Aldana, a Mexican bar and grill, sought to create more than just a dining experience—they wanted to transport guests to an authentic Mexican plaza. With Al Pastor roasting in open kitchens, tequila-studded kioscos, terra cotta floors, and live mariachi, they needed a brand identity that could capture the vibrant energy and cultural richness of their concept.
